I have recently started attending Phelan Strong and I would highly recommend it to anyone, who is looking to increase their fitness levels in a friendly and inspiring gym.
Chris is an amazing trainer and puts care and thought into every session that you do. No session is the same and you are always challenged, which I love. Chris is very encouraging and assists with correction if you need any support. He is also good for a chat and the hour flys by.
All the people I have met, that attend the gym are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the space all the time.
If you want something different to your standard gym, give Phelan Strong a go. You won’t be disappointed and will feel soooo good afterwards.

Absolutely incredible gym and community.
I joined this gym a few months ago after needing a change from my routine at the time - and it has been one of the best choices I have made when it comes to my health and overall fitness.
There is a huge variety of classes and everything is programmed with the bigger picture in mind to progress your fitness and achieve results. Cardio, Strength, Mixed, Boxing, Core.
I’m now feeling fitter, stronger and more energised than ever before. Hitting numbers in a fraction of the time that I worked years for and failed previously.
Very well priced for what you get - much better value than the big name franchise gyms in Geelong.

I joined this gym almost 18 months ago. The time and care that Chris takes to put together programs that have a great variety of exercises and an opportunity to challenge yourself is exactly what I had been looking for. I have been extremely happy with the results that I have personally received over this time.
